关于管理培训生计划 About the Program
阿里国际全球速卖通（AliExpress）韩国分公司推出的管理培训生（MT）计划，是一项为期两年的领导力培养项目。这个计划聚焦快速变化的电商领域，专门选拔和培养具备快速学习能力与高效执行力的潜力人才，为职场新人提供覆盖核心业务板块的轮岗机会。通过跨部门实战、跨国团队协作以及资深领导者的定向指导，参与者不仅能积累多维度业务经验，还能在真实商业场景中锤炼全局视野，最终成长为能够驾驭全球化商业生态的未来领军者。
The AliExpress Korea Management Trainee (MT) Program is a two-year leadership development initiative launched by AliExpress Korea a member of Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group. In a rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape, the MT Program aims to identify and nurture high-potential talent with strong learning agility and execution capabilities, providing early-career professionals with hands-on experience across key business functions. Through rotational assignments, global collaboration, and leadership mentoring, participants will grow into future leaders of the global commerce ecosystem.
您将参与的关键任务 What You'll Do
1. 战略项目——深度参与高价值战略项目（涵盖市场洞察、卖家增长策略及营销方案设计），系统提升战略决策与问题解决能力；
Strategic Projects – Participate in high-impact business projects such business projects such as market analysis, seller growth strategies, and marketing campaigns to strengthen strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
2. 全球协作——协同首尔与杭州双中心多部门团队，深度参与跨境电商全链路运营，积累跨国项目实战经验；
Global Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams in Seoul and Hangzhou HQ, gaining end-to-end experience in cross-border commerce operations.
3. 轮岗制度——在品类运营、市场推广、站内营销、商业分析及PMO等核心部门轮岗，构建全局业务视角与多维度执行能力；
Rotational Assignments – Gain broad exposure by rotating through key departments such as Category Management, Marketing Promotion, In-App Marketing, Business Analytics, and PMO.
4. 领导力培养——通过高管面对面交流、战略级项目汇报及定向辅导机制，持续强化领导力与跨层级沟通技巧。
Leadership Mentoring -Engage in regular coffee chats and mentoring sessions with the CEO and senior leaders to enhance leadership and communication capabilities.

如果你是 Who We're Looking For
1. 本科及以上学历应届毕业生（若为MBA毕业生，过往工作经验不超过3年）；
Bachelor's degree or above (if MBA graduates, with no more than 3 years of prior work experience);
2. 数据科学、信息管理与信息系统、商业分析、市场营销、电子商务、工商管理、传播学、心理学等相关专业；
Majors in data science, information management and information systems, business analytics, marketing, e-commerce, business administration, communications, psychology, or related fields;
3. 熟练掌握中文、韩语和英语，国籍不限（韩国国籍、中国国籍均可）;
Fluency in Chinese, Korean, and English; both Korean and Chinese nationals are eligible);
4. 具备强大的学习敏捷性，能在快节奏环境中积极追求成功；
Possess strong learning agility and the ability to actively pursue success in a fast-paced environment;
5. 拥有卓越的数据驱动思维、问题解决能力和协作技能，具备数据敏感度与商业洞察力；
Demonstrate excellent data-driven thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration skills, with data sensitivity and business acumen;
6. 对全球电子商务及平台业务创新充满热情，具备用户需求洞察与市场趋势捕捉能力；
Passionate about global e-commerce and platform business innovation, with the capability to insight user needs and capture market trends;
7. 加分项：具有头部互联网运营类实习经历。
Preferred: Internship experience in operational roles at leading internet companies.
