一、 商业分析培训生 作为商业分析培训生，您将接受为期一年的系统化轮岗培训，深入算法、市场、风控、运营等核心部门，通过项目实践全面提升数据分析与业务解决能力。培养结束后，将根据个人发展与公司需求定岗，成为公司未来的数据分析专家与业务骨干。 工作职责： 1、运用数据分析与统计建模方法，解决各业务线的实际挑战，输出优化策略。 2、参与数据模型的构建、策略的测试与优化，推动分析成果落地应用。 3、进行用户行为、市场渠道及风险表现等专题分析，提供深度业务洞察。 4、与业务、技术团队协作，共同推进项目，驱动业务增长与效率提升。 任职要求： 1、2026届应届生，本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机、金融等理工科相关专业优先。 2、具备扎实的数理逻辑与数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL，掌握Python等工具者优先。 3、拥有极强的学习能力、责任心和团队协作精神，对数据和业务有强烈好奇心。 4、有互联网或金融相关实习、项目竞赛经验者优先。
