  工作职责

  ·Order processing: Responsible for receiving and processing internal and external orders, communication with various departments, solving any problems in the process of order execution, ensuring the smooth execution of orders. 订单处理：负责接收和处理内外部订单，与各部门沟通，解决订单执行过程中的任何问题，确保订单顺利执行。

  ·Data management: Use EWM to maintain and manage the basic data of the warehouse, including product data, inventory tracking, etc., ensure that the data is updated and accurate in real time. 数据管理：利用EWM仓储管理系统，维护和管理仓库的基础数据，包括产品信息、库存跟踪等，确保数据实时更新和准确。

  ·Inventory control: Responsible for inventory counting and management, including GR, GI, inspection, tally and pick operations. This includes taking regular stock counts to ensure that the accounts are consistent, as well as dealing with inventory anomalies and difference to ensure inventory accuracy and effectiveness. 库存控制：负责库存的盘点和管理工作，包括货物的入库、出库、检验、理货和拣货等操作。包括定期进行库存盘点，确保账实相符，以及处理库存异常和差异，确保库存的准确性和有效性。

  ·Coordination: Work with internal and external suppliers, digital team, and internal departments such as supply chain, production, QC, finance, etc., to ensure smooth and timely delivery for all work. 协调工作：与内外部供应商、数字化团队、以及与内部部门如供应链、生产、质检、财务等部门协调合作，确保各项工作的顺利交付和及时完成。

  ·Daily warehouse management: including warehouse layout & operation optimization, cargo storage arrangements, and implementation of warehouse safety and cleanliness standards, handling of warehouse anomalies (such as damaged or lost goods) to ensure smooth warehouse operations. 仓库日常管理：包括仓库布局和操作优化、货物存放安排、以及执行仓库的安全和清洁标准、处理仓库中异常情况（如损坏或丢失的货物），确保仓库操作的顺利进行。

  任职要求

  1. 学历/Education：本科及以上

  2. 专业/Major：供应链管理、物流管理、国际贸易、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业，major in supply chain management, logistics management, international trade, business administration，marketing etc.

  3. 语言，技术，成绩要求: Proficient in MS Office and English (speaking, reading, and listening). 英语听说读写以及办公软件熟练

  4. 沟通能力强，责任感强，具备主人翁精神及团队合作精神 Good communication skill & responsible, have the spirit of ownership & team work
