  JD: Develop genome editing techniques for a wide range of microbial chassis (e.g., bacteria, yeast).Generate rational or random strain libraries using combinatorial multiplexed methods as appropriate.Apply high-throughput analytical methods to facilitate bulk genotyping/ phenotype of genetic variants.Work with in-house robotic automation and software infrastructure for LIMS data tracking.Improve workflow efficiency for better economics, equipment utilization, and turnaround time.Contribute to the selection of protein-based biologics in a wide variety of application areas.

  
  

  Qualifications:Ph.D. degree in Experience with visualizing large amounts of data; using scripting is preferred (e.g., Python, SQL).Having good communication skills, highly collaborative in a team setting.
