Graduates will have two distinct learning pathways – technical skills and professional skills.
Technical skillsAll graduates will start at FNZ with an induction and ongoing technical training, taking your university learning to the next level. You will learn the basics of our software development lifecycle, and brush up your skills in C#, .Net, React and SQL Server.
You will have 3 immersions on project teams within the business, working alongside team members to deliver to client expectations. The skillsets you will have the chance to work on include:

Learn to develop full-stack code that covers all aspects of the application, such as the user interface, core background components, and database architecture.

Learn to build an advanced web application platform for large financial companies to manage billions of assets
? Our tech stack focus is .NET, C#, React, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and the design and development of RESTful APIs
Analyst tester skillset -

Work closely with business consultants to provide a viable business realization plan for clients
?
Work closely with software development engineers to help understand actual business needs and a variety of possible business scenarios

Learn quality control, design test protocols, implement tests and take responsibility for quality reporting for FNZ platforms
?
Learn to provide customers with various support and guidance for new features of the existing platform
?
Learn to provide support for the development and solution of major financial application platforms
Production support skillset –

Work on issue management, helping FNZ ensure a robust and scalable production environment for all FNZ’s customers.

Learn to identify and resolve issues with applications, follow procedures and use application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.

Learn to carry out applications maintenance tasks
