Roles and Responsibilities:
●Assist the team in Sourcing Process Execution and Vendor Management-
●Execute and improve the end-to-end sourcing processes including vendor management, price negotiation, product development and sample assessment to meet the on-time delivery, quality and commercial KPIs
●Source and develop potential vendors as well as drive a respectful and collaborative vendor relationship with existing vendors to ensure they meet all company’s requirements including value, quality and innovation.
●Liaise with various parties in sample handling, order management, laboratory testing, packaging artwork creation and approval processes.
●Support on Request for Proposal, category costing bids and product development independently in conjunction with and product development and sourcing teams.
●Assists in product development trip, sourcing trip and finalization events to ensure its smooth arrangement
●Execute order management to ensure accuracy of database; Monitor and regular update on project status of assigned product categories.
●Perform data entry and provide other administrative support in the team; Support ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary.
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements:
Minimum Education
●Degree/Associate Degree/Diploma holder in Merchandising/ Business Management or related discipline
Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills
●Hands-on computer knowledge in MS word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing
Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
●Minimum 1 year’s work experience
