工作职责

？ Assist in tax research, conducting interviews, and drafting tax advisory reports. Support high-value tax consulting projects under the C2G and C4C initiatives, including but not limited to tax retainer services, business model optimization, tax structuring, supply chain tax management, equity incentive tax consulting, tax treaty benefits application, tax compliance reviews, tax due diligence, R&D expenses super deduction and other tax incentives;

？ Assist in handling tax compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions, including the preparation of tax returns , related computations, responding to client inquiries, and addressing tax authority queries in a timely manner; ？ Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' tax operations, transforming data into actionable insights that drive business value and strategic advantage; ？ Gather, analyze, and synthesize data using standard processes and digital tools to support solutions in the Tax and Business Advisory practice; ？ Develop expertise in global tax legislation within the Global Tax and Legal function, with a focus on monitoring regulatory updates, including policy changes and practical implementation requirements; ？ Identify key capabilities required to deliver exceptional client service experiences;

？ Apply technology knowledge to address clients’ business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.

？	Bachelor degree or above in any disciplines while taxation, accounting, finance, economics, law, computer science, Japanese, Korean or a business related discipline preferred
？	Strong academic performance

工作职责 Artificial Intelligence & Data team are committed to extracting value from data for our clients. We provide end-to-end data strategy consulting to rapid implementation and to data operation services. Our solutions include AI strategy, data strategy advisory, cloud-based (Ali Cloud, Huawei Cloud, AWS) big data platform development, data/AI use cases design and implementation, AI enabled data product design and implementation (e.g., CDP, BI), and data driven business operation etc., ？ Produces a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team ？ Business transformation disruption and value driven services ？ As Functional Consultant, support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in advanced analytics and AI initiatives ？ As Technical Consultant, support the development of technology components and solutions in advanced analytics and AI initiatives ？ Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements ？ Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation ？ Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery

任职要求

？	Prefers major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering and other related majors
？	Basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and agile and traditional project management approaches
？	Basic knowledge or experience with data analysis with Python, R, SQL, SAS, or other languages / frameworks
？	Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; always takes the initiative, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to travel
？	Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment (extracurricular activities, internship experience, etc.) will be a bonus
？	A fast learner and a strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident
？	Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English; proficiency in any other international language is a bonus
