  Key Responsibilities:

  ？         Lead and (or) support biotherapeutic drug discovery program and investigate the mechanism of action of candidate lead molecules

  ？         Design, execute and validate a variety of assays to understand target of interest and characterize antibody therapeutics for cancers and autoimmune disorders

  ？         Work both independently and with the team to analyze data generated from experiments, draw appropriate conclusions and decide upon next steps

  ？         Supervise, mentor and develop research associates and scientists (For Sr./Principal Scientist)

  ？         Effectively collaborate with other functional groups both intra and inter sites

  ？         Contribute to patent filings and publications and present research finding to various audiences including senior management.

  
  

  Requirements:

  ？         Bachelor’s degree or above in immunology, cancer biology, cell biology or related field

  ？         Strong understanding of tumor immunology is preferred

  ？         In-depth understanding of inhibitory or co-stimulatory molecules and their associated signal transduction pathways

  ？         Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience with conventional immunological techniques

  ？         Experience in immune cell isolation and characterization using multi-color flow cytometry

  ？         Working knowledge of various murine tumor and/or autoimmune disease models

  ？         Proactive attitude and strong desire to discover novel biology and potential new drugs

  ？         Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening and interpersonal skills
