职位描述
Responsibilities:
– Work closely with R&D engineers to identify patentable ideas
– Assist inventors in filing timely and accurate invention disclosures
– Evaluating invention disclosures with the goal of providing optimal protection and generating maximum long term value to MPS
– Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications meeting international standards
– Conduct patent search and analysis
Requirements:
– Master degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering or Communication Engineering
– Excellent command of English
– Confidence and communication skills at all levels
– Strong reasoning ability and writing skills
– Attention to details and deadlines
– Experience in R&D, or drafting and prosecuting patent applications is preferred
