Key Responsibilities:

？            Culture of mammalian cells and transient expression of antibodies at various lab scales

？            Purification of antibodies by various chromatographic methods (familiar with AKTA system is a plus)

？            Design, express/purify, and characterize proteins of therapeutic interest

？            Perform required experiments for QC of purified antibodies and proteins, further developability assessment, capable of operating and maintaining HPLC, SPR or Octet.

？            Design of antibody constructs and make plasmid preparations when needed

？            Make antibody engineering and optimization efforts when necessary

？            Deliver qualified antibody products to project teams in a timely manner

？            Present organized data to project teams or at internal research meetings

Requirements:

？            BS, MS or PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, protein/antibody engineering or a relevant field

？            Broad understanding of antibody drug discovery and antibody properties, structure modeling, sequence analysis, etc.

？            Solid knowledge and experience in expression vector construction, multiple protein expression systems and various purification techniques.

？            Good written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English

？            Strong lab skills, a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

？            Adapt to rapid changes in project priorities and timelines

？            Experience with a global company is a plus

Key Responsibility

·         An experienced antibody engineering scientist should be familiar with antibody properties, structures and sequences.

·         He or she should have extensive experience in antibody structure modeling, antibody humanization, affinity maturation and antibody stabilization.

·         Capabilities of interpreting immunological, biochemical, molec-ular, and/or cellular assays, such as ELISA, FACS, ForteBio Octet, Biacore will be a plus for consideration..

·         Antibody production related skills include protein expression, purification, protein concentration determination, ForteBio Octet, HPLC, antibody sequencing and analysis software.

Requirements

·         PhD degree with 0-10 years, or a MS degree with more than 2 years’ experience in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.

·         Prior industry experience is a strong plus.

·         Interpersonal skill, communication skill, presentation skill in both English and Chinese, and management skill will be evaluated for senior positions.

Key Responsibility

·         Working in a matrix team, independently execute in vivo pharmacology study, including anti-tumor efficacy study, autoimmune model study, rodent PK study etc.

·         Drive and execute ex vivo biomarker study in animal models.

·         Analyze experimental data and communicate with project teams and senior leaders.

·         Maintain an up-to-date lab notebook and other documentation, and draft reports when needed.

Requirements

·         Master degree in Biology, Pharmacology or related disciplines. >1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred. For candidate with bachelor degree and >5 years experience is encouraged to apply for the positions.

·         Good data integrity behavior and data analytic skills.

·         Hands-on experience in rodent models, including mouse tumor models, autoimmune models such as EAE and CIA models.

·         Experimental skills, such as flowcytometry, ELISPOT, ELISA, etc, are highly desired.

·         Good collaboration spirit, communication skill, fluency in both written and oral Chinese and English.
