社会企业家技能项目校园行——浙大站

4、内容简介：
社会企业家技能项目是英国文化协会发起开展的一个大型全球项目。该项目的目的是使民间组织从业者、社区领导、年轻人以及现有或潜在的社会企业家获得相关技能，从而通过社会企业的方式来解决社会需求并加强社区的建设。
该项目将向那些希望解决社会问题、改变社区的学员提供关于社会企业的培训。通过培训，学员将能够自主创业，或者将商业实践运用于自身的组织，从而在所处的社区中创造新的就业机会、更多的财富和更好的社会服务。学员还将与英国乃至世界各地的社会企业家们建立联系，以获得同行的支持，辅导和资助的机会。2009年，试点培训及首期的四次培训成功举办，共有约170名学员参加，2010年250名来自全国各地的社会企业家接受了培训。在此基础上2011年5月到6月期间，又有250名学员参加了培训，还有10名中国企业家获得了赴英国考察的机会。
此外，他们在北京、天津、成都、长沙、南京、广州等城市展开社会企业家技能项目校园行活动，通过中英两国成功社会企业家的讲座以增进大学校园对社会企业的理解。
5、讲者简介：
Mike Harland （迈克）
A qualified and experienced senior social work manager, Mike Harland is now an Independent Consultant, based in Edinburgh and working world wide. He has worked for statutory authorities in England and Scotland delivering and managing social work services and as the Director and Chief Executive of a national special needs housing association, providing a wide range of social housing and specialised supported housing as a part of post institutional care.
He has extensive research and consultancy experience in Scotland and abroad, including option appraisal of service needs and markets, health and community care planning, independent tenant advice and organisational growth and development.
He has proven skills in the development of organisations and trusts, managing multi-disciplinary teams, negotiating service agreements and partnership working and continues to act as locum Director / Chief Executive on occasions.
Starting in the late 80’s Mike’s interest in the social economy led him to combine sound business practices with social values and engage with the development of a Norton Park, an innovative sustainable social enterprise, offering an affordable shared environment for voluntary sector organisations providing direct community benefit. He remains an active serving Board member to a number of Scottish social enterprises, ensuring good governance and sound business practices influence social care delivery and sustainability. Together with his partner, he has established a facilitative Scottish charity, which encourages and supports cross sectoral partnership working, both at home and abroad, and offers substantive pro bono activity and linkages where resources are unavailable.
迈克先生有着丰富社会工作管理经验，他现在是一个独立的咨询顾问，位于爱丁堡。他曾作为国家的首席执行官，在英格兰和苏格兰的法定当局执行和管理一些社会工作服务工作。他有着广泛研究和咨询的经验，包括选择评估需要的服务和市场，构建健康的社区计划，独立租户的建议等等。他与他的合作伙伴一起建立了一个苏格兰慈善事业，鼓励和支持跨部门的合作伙伴的工作关系并且提供了实质性的法律援助活动。
Steve Koon （官应廉）
As the Founder of AvantChange, a nonprofit specialized in promoting social entrepreneurship, and a Senior Consultant to Ateneo De Manila University-Philippines, Steve pioneers incubators to help passionate citizens to develop social businesses in the Philippines and China. Professionally, Steve consults on strategic CSR & talent development for multinationals. He has taught over 5000 managers across Asia in business strategy and global management. Before coming to China,Steve was a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group, the largest strategic consulting firm in Britain, advising multinationals and the Hong Kong Government in business strategies.
In addition to consulting, Steve was a seasoned executive in the Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Internet, and Software industry for more than 10 years. In HR, he was the Training Manager for Merck Sharp & Dohme and Honeywell in Greater China. In Sales and Marketing, he served as the General Manager for Nexted, an Australia based eLearning start-up. In Asia management, he worked as the Service Operation Director - Asia Pacific for BEA Systems, the fourth largest software company in the world. His comprehensive career profile enabled him to develop expertise across the entire spectrum of managing a business.
On social innovation, he pioneers Center of Dream Enterprise, a Social Enterprise Incubator helping students & professionals to create innovative businesses to solve social problems. In the Philippines, he works investment services for Oversea Filipino Workers. In China, he consults with various NGOs on community development. He is setting up his own social enterprise KidsInfinity ( www.kidsinfinity.com ), an eBay for Kids, to enable kids to change the world.
官应廉先生是梦想企业中心（Center of Dream Enterprise）的创始人，首个针对大学生的社会企业孵化器，也是一个由亚洲顶尖高校学生参与的区域性社会创新平台。目前在北京，上海和香港均开展工作。学生们共同来设计创新的社会企业，以解决一些棘手的社会问题. 他同时也是儿童无限（KidsInfinity）的创始人，一个相当于“儿童eBay”的社会企业，主要使儿童们通过在类似eBay的系统上使用虚拟货币来交换彼此家中闲置的物品，来学习分享与再利用。他目前还是菲律宾雅典耀大学大学和上海Achieve Wise咨询公司高级顾问。
